Q - How often do you run birthday parties?
Saturday & Sundays, 11am – 1pm & 1:30pm – 3:30pm
Please note: Sunday Birthday Parties have a 15% surcharge added on
Q – How far in advanced do I need to book the party?
We recommend booking well in advanced, however we require at least 14 days notice.
Q – What do I do if there is lightning, or thunderstorms planned on the day of my party?
If there is lightning scheduled at Gepps Cross at the time of the party, it will be either moved completely indoors or we can change the date of the party.

Q – The weather is going to be hot on the date of my party, what should I do?
If the weather is predicted to be 35C or higher at Gepps Cross, at the time of the party, it will be either moved completely indoors or we can change the date of the party.

Q – Can I bring my own food and drinks?
External drinks cannot be brought into ServiceFM Stadium. External food can for an extra charge. We also have many platter options to suit your needs!
Q – Can we do Soft Drink Jugs instead of Water?
Yes! We can provide jugs of Soft Drink for an additional charge.
Q – Can we stick around after the party has finished?
This depends on what else is happening at ServiceFM Stadium. Please ask the question when booking your birthday party.
Q – How long before can I come to set up the room?
11am Parties can arrive from 10am to set-up. 1:30pm parties can arrive from 1pm.
Q – I am expecting a lot of people to my party? Do you have a larger room?
Yes! We have our Function Room upstairs which you can upgrade to for an additional cost. Subject to Availability.
Q – What payment is required and when?
A 50% deposit is required to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the Invoice. Final Payment is required the Monday prior to the birthday party.
Q – Do parents and/or siblings who are attending to observe need to pay to enter ServiceFM Stadium?
No – everyone is welcome!
