The African Youth Football Program (AYFP), a key component of the Empowering African Youth initiative, supports secondary students across six schools through a 17-week engagement combining targeted well-being workshops and structured football sessions. Each weekly session includes a 30–45-minute social-emotional learning component followed by 45 minutes of football activity. Three dedicated carnival days further enhance connection, engagement, and community awareness.
