FOOTBALL SA VARIETY FOOTBALL FOUNDATION FUND

Football South Australia is proud to announce the establishment of the Football SA Variety Football Foundation Fund, a landmark strategic partnership with Variety SA designed to remove financial and social barriers preventing children from participating in football.

 

Following 18 months of collaboration where football has been used as a platform to support Variety SA in raising vital funds, this announcement marks a significant evolution into a formal, philanthropic partnership focused on creating genuine community impact.

 

The co-branded Foundation Fund will deliver immediate and measurable outcomes, ensuring that children under the age of 18 are not excluded from football due to financial hardship, disability, or social disadvantage.

 

The Football SA Variety Football Foundation Fund represents Football’s long-term commitment to inclusion and accessibility, creating a sustainable model that will continue to support disadvantaged children while strengthening the role of football as a force for good in the community.

 

This partnership also provides opportunities for broader community engagement, storytelling, and initiatives such as a dedicated Variety Round, further amplifying its impact across the state.
