Mitch van Gellekom is the Manager of the PSV Coaching Academy and is currently enrolled in his 4th season at the club. Under the brand name ‘PSV Coaching Academy’, PSV is driving innovation and excellence in football education. Passionate about developing talent, Mitch inspires coaches and players alike with a fresh vision for the development of the game. Mitch is looking forward to see and meet you all at the FSA / Adelaide United / PSV conference on the 1st of February.
Dr Rob Mason consults to high performance sporting organisations around the world on the topics of learning, communication, and feedback. He is currently the Coach Development Manager at the Port Adelaide Football Club in the AFL, where he oversees the development of coaches and football department staff. Rob holds a PhD in sport coaching from the University of Melbourne, along with a Masters in Teaching. His academic research on coach-athlete feedback has been published in international sport coaching journals.
