Football SA has been notified of an ongoing investigation into an alleged integrity matter of players registered with Cove FC during the 2026 season.
Football SA recognises the public interest in this matter and takes the integrity of its competitions seriously. Football Australia, as the national governing body has the exclusive jurisdiction to investigate this matter and we will cooperate and assist if requested. Cove FC have been fully cooperative and supportive of the investigation by Football Australia.
While the investigation remains active, Football SA is unable to provide details about the allegations or the parties involved. Out of respect for the process and those involved, Football SA will make no further comment until the investigation has concluded.
