Football South Australia was pleased to hold the 2023 Junior Coaching Conference after a two year hiatus due to COVID.
The night was a huge success with over 80 Coaches, Team Mangers and Club Representatives attending the 3 hour conference.
Four presentations were delivered, including Football SA Technical Director, Michael Cooper to discuss Coaching, Football SA's Member Services Coordinator, Tracey Dycer to discuss the implementation of Dribl for the 2023 season, Ben Gazzola from Lumin to discuss recording well-being and development data and Elise Weaver from iPerform Sports Injury Clinic.
Junior Competitions Coordinator, Anthony Lanzoni expressed his excitement at being able to host the event and the benefits it has on the quality of the competition:
It was fantastic to once again be able to host the event. The Junior Coaching Conference provides the fantastic coaches in this state the opportunity to learn and express their thoughts. Football South Australia recognises the time and effort junior coaches put in to their respective teams and hopes the Coaching Conference was a rewarding experience for all”.
The 2023 Junior Football Leagues commence on March 12th and promises to be an exciting season for all!
