Football SA and the Referees Department are pleased to announce the officiating teams for the Go Sunny Solar WNPL Grand Finals, supported by JB Metro, taking place this Sunday at ServiceFM Stadium. As the season reaches its exciting conclusion, we are proud to celebrate a fantastic year of WNPL football, ending with these eagerly awaited Grand Final matches.

Ethan McCormick has been appointed as the centre Referee for the WNPL Grand Final, marking a significant achievement in his officiating career. Having previously involved in the SL2 Grand Final and Federation Cup Finals in 2023, Ethan made his NPL debut as an Assistant Referee in 2021 and made his WNPL Debut as a Referee in 2022. Ethan also had the opportunity to attended and performed well at the Girl’s National Youth Championships this year. Ethan looks forward to bringing his expertise to what promises to be a thrilling conclusion to the WNPL season.
“It is a great privilege and honour to have been appointed to Referee the biggest game of Women’s football in the State this year. I am looking forward to being part of a really great game of football and seeing a big crowd and lots of support for the teams that have made it to the Grand Final this year.”
