The 2026 season ushers in an exciting new era with the introduction of the Barry Maney Club Championship, a competition designed to celebrate true club-wide success.
For the first time, performances across every men’s, women’s, girls’ and boys’ teams will contribute to a single, cumulative Club Championship table, bringing all home and away results together under one united Club Championship.
Points will be earned from all teams competing in the Barry Maney Limestone Coast Premier Leagues. Every result matters, from junior grades right through to senior competitions. A club that wins each match across all grades, such as Under 12D, Under 12, Under 14, Under 17, Reserves, Senior Men’s, Under 13 Girls, Under 16 Girls and Senior Women’s, could earn up to 27 points towards their Club Championship table.
More than just results, the Club Championship also highlights the importance of culture and behaviour. Disciplinary deductions will apply for anti-social conduct, meaning actions from players and spectators can have a direct impact on a club’s standing. It’s a whole-of-club effort, on and off the pitch.
With every match, every team, and every moment counting, the race for the Barry Maney Club Championship promises to add a new level of excitement throughout the 2026 season.
