School Sport SA is inviting talented 17–18-year-old boys to participate in the upcoming selection trials for the South Australian U-18 Schoolboys Football Team. This squad will represent SA at the prestigious National Championships in Brisbane, taking place from July 26 to August 1, 2025.
This highly respected annual tournament has a proud 45-year tradition and has served as a launching pad for many notable Australian football stars, including Carl Veart, Brad Maloney, Marco Bresciano, Tony Vidmar, Mark Schwarzer, Patrick Kisnorbo, Steve Corica, and Alen Stajcic, among others.
Following the National Championships, an Australian Schoolboys team will be selected for a proposed international tour — an incredible opportunity for players to gain exposure and experience on the world stage.
Eligibility:
If you were born in 2007 or 2008, are currently enrolled in school, and actively play for a soccer club, you are encouraged to trial.
