Tea Tree Gully City Soccer Club has undergone a significant transformation over the past 18 months, driven by strategic investment in infrastructure and a long-term vision to create a sustainable community sporting hub.
At the centre of this transformation is the club’s new clubrooms, officially opened in March 2025. The development has reshaped what is possible for the club, providing modern facilities capable of supporting football activities, community events, corporate functions and local gatherings.
The new clubrooms have also strengthened the club’s financial sustainability by creating additional revenue opportunities through venue hire, hospitality and increased patronage. At the same time, the improved facilities have enhanced the experience for players, families, volunteers and supporters, while helping attract new members, sponsors and community partners.
In 2026, Tea Tree Gully City Soccer Club fields 47 teams across three competitions, including 34 junior teams, nine senior men’s teams and four women’s teams. With 796 registered players, the club’s continued growth is now supported by facilities capable of meeting the needs of a large and expanding football community.
The Club Changer Program has played an important role in supporting the club’s long-term vision of becoming a sustainable and thriving community sporting organisation.
Through the program, Tea Tree Gully City Soccer Club has strengthened its governance, strategic planning and operational capability. This has helped ensure the investment in the new clubrooms is supported by strong systems, clear direction and sustainable planning, rather than simply delivering a new facility.
By combining improved infrastructure with stronger governance and long-term planning, Tea Tree Gully City Soccer Club has established a solid foundation for continued growth. The transformation has created more opportunities for players, volunteers and the wider community, while positioning the club for a strong and sustainable future.
