Football South Australia is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Eastern United FC player, William Fry.
He was 17 years of age.
William played on the Limestone Coast with Apollo Football Club from 2017 - 2020, before moving to Adelaide for study at Pembroke School.
He then joined Eastern United FC where he formed a "strong bond with his teammates."
The football community sends its condolences to William's friends and family at this incredibly sad time.
